" After 10 sessions you'll feel the difference. After 20 sessions, you'll see the difference. After 30 sessions, you'll have a whole new body." (Joseph Pilates)
Pilates is a complete Body & Mind Workout
Each exercise links breathing with strengthening and stretching the deeper muscles avoiding unnatural postures and isolated movements. With this mature method whole muscle groups are coached, learning a perfect interaction.
Improves the posture, defines the silhouette, activates the circulation, strengthens the body, solves back problems, keeps tendons and ligaments flexible, and helps to get new better body awareness. The body will become stronger, more graceful and the movements more harmonious.
To achieve the best results you work after 6 Pilates principles
Breathing - special breathing supports oxygen intake of the blood and activates the deep musculature
Center - (Powerhouse) - from the center of the body comes the power which guides practicing all the exercises =powerhouse= deep abdominal and back muscles , pelvic floor and diaphragm
Control - performing the workout slowly and controlled, prevents your body from potential injuries
Concentration - the mind controls all our movements
Fluidity - one movement seamlessly blend into the next
Precision - repeat each exercise maximum 12x! Quality comes always before Quantity!

We depart from Marina Botafoch / Ibiza Nueva in the morning, stop for a while on the fantastic seashores between Espalmador and Formentera. To protect the underwater flora, dropping anchor in the bay of Espalmador is not permitted any more. Anchor buoys have been lowered here, making it more difficult to get ashore. That's why we always drop anchor between Espalmador and Formentera, near the sandy bank where you can dive into crystal clear Caribbean-blue waters and swim only few metres to the sandy bank or to the beach. Here, you will find an idyllic bay with white fine sand and even deserted. This beach is one of the most beautiful of the southern Balearic Islands.
Another highlight is the natural mud bath on Espalmador, a mixture of sand, algae and sea water to form the “Fango”. Vitalizing forces are awarded him and you will have lots of fun rubbing the mud on your body.
For lunch, we recommend one of the beach clubs on Formentera. The restaurants with excellent culinary skills are "Juan y Andrea ", "El Pirata", “Monday ... del Sol“ as well as "El Tiburon".
Now we continue to Cala Saouna. During the amusing journey to Cala Saouna along the rocky coast, we pass many picturesque bays which can only be reached by sea. Cala Saouna is a steep coast bay with white sandy sea bed. This is a very impressive bay for snorkelling and bathing. When the Northwest winds blow, we drop anchor here for being well protected.
After a relaxing day full of breathtaking impressions, we cruise back to the harbour of Ibiza where we will go ashore at 20:00 o'clock.

After a marvellous bath, we sail off for Cala Joundal, a wonderful bay with a rocky beach and excellent bars. Besides good music in “Blue Marlin” there are also special fish dishes in Xarcu. On Cala Joundal the water is also extremely clear, inviting you to refresh yourself.
In the afternoon we set off for Es Vedra, where you will expect a fantastic natural spectacle. A huge rock (400 metres high) standing above the sea and a rugged land border makes your stay a wonderful experience! The underwater world is also very rich and ideal for diving as well as for snorkelling.
At the end of this extraordinary day, we sail back to Ibiza harbour where we will go ashore at about 20:00 o’clock.
