The Mediterranean holiday home "Can Pato" is set on a stunning 8,000 m² plot behind the mountain of Can Furnet. It enjoys a central and peaceful location, ideally situated between Ibiza Town and Santa Eulalia.

Relax in complete tranquility onthe spacious sun terraces, unwind in the sun, or find shade under the wide sun sails! A small chill-out house, surrounded by palm trees and Mediterranean plants, invites you to dream.

On the "sun deck," you'll find a fantastic BBQ area with a small outdoor kitchen and fridge, as well as an outdoor shower (hot/cold) and a toilet.

The property consists of 3 separate buildings. You will rent the two complexes by the pool, each with a double bedroom, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom. The third complex by the parking area remains locked and is for the owner's private use.

The house has been lovingly decorated. In the left complex (when viewed from the pool), there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with a double sink, a bathtub and shower, as well as a living room with a sofa bed for up to 2 children and a private terrace. In the right complex, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a sink, and shower, plus a living/dining room, an open-plan American kitchen, and a private terrace.

In front of the house, beneath a large baobab tree, is another wonderful breakfast terrace.
