The first annex includes a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a living room, and a private terrace with a lounge and pond.

The second annex, which serves as the staff bungalow, has 2 double bedrooms, a shared bathroom, a private lounge terrace, and an outdoor shower.

Can Sermita includes a main house and four additional buildings. The property holds a tourist license for up to twelve guests, with six bedrooms and six bathrooms.
