There are also two other double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one of which has a separate entrance. Additionally, there’s a bedroom with two single beds, also with its own bathroom and terrace. The main house also includes a large living room, a TV room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Attached to the main house is another terrace with a barbecue area and a sound system.

Adjacent to the main house is an apartment with one bedroom and an en-suite bathroom.

The guest house includes a bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a separate terrace, as well as a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. The guest house also has a kitchen, living room with dining area, large flat-screen TV, and a terrace.

The pool house features a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. A large chill-out area with a sound system offers a beautiful view of the pool.

The expansive outdoor area includes a tropical garden and various terraces. The 90m² pool features a diving pool for cooling off, along with a hot water shower. The nearby town of Santa Eulalia is only a 5-minute drive away, and there are several beaches around San Carlos and Santa Eulalia, such as Aguas Blancas, Figueral, etc.
