This typical historical Finca is one of the oldest buildings on the island and is rumoured to built around the first millennium. The thick stone walls make for an excellent temperature in the house. It has been renovated with attention to natural materials.

The rental space consists of two buildings, the main house and separate apartment.

Main house: The 200m² living space is comprised of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious lounge and kitchen.

The apartment which is located 80m away from the main house is a studio space with bathroom, open kitchen. The apartment is a relatively new addition and has central floor heating.

There are several terraces with BBQ area, a large pool (11 x 3,5 meter) and you have beautiful views over the country to Ibiza town.
