This charming holiday home was designed in an elegant Mediterranean style and is located in a quiet area. It is located at the end of a residential area, with no through traffic. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view over the Ibizan suburb of Sant Jordi to the beaches of Playa d'en Bossa and Sa Caleta as well as the mountain backdrop of Dalt Vila.
The house extends over three levels:
- Lower level: Here you will find the entrance area, the living room and the kitchen.
- Half-floor: On this level are the bedrooms and bathrooms.
- Upper floor: Here you will find a cozy living lounge with satellite TV and a fantastic view of the beaches and Dalt Vila / Ibiza Town.
The spacious summer kitchen (approx. 80 m²) with a brick BBQ grill invites you to spend sociable evenings or offers a shady, cool spot during the day. The large dining table offers enough space for the whole family.
Two more people can stay in the separate studio extension with its own entrance (approx. 15 m²).
The property has a private tennis court and a newly built pool. Here you can escape from everyday life, relax and recharge your batteries.
The most beautiful beaches on the island can be reached in just 8-10 minutes by car. There are also numerous stylish beach lounge restaurants with wonderful sea views.
