The holiday home is situated on a hill at the gates of Ibiza Town, in a beautiful residential area with a large pool. The terraces have been lovingly designed. A pond with reeds, numerous sun and shaded areas, and thoughtful decoration complete this picture.

In addition, the holiday home is equipped with a children's playground, a BBQ area, and a chill-out outdoor bed - everything has been considered for your leisure enjoyment. The house has a living area of approximately 165 m², is built on one level with 3 bedrooms, and is suitable for 6 people, with air-conditioned rooms. The interior design follows a rustic Ibiza style. From the country kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and oven, you enter the dining/living room with flat-screen satellite TV. There are two bathrooms with a shower and WC.

For guests with small children, a crib can be provided.

Can Cardona features a main house and an additional building. The property has a tourist license for up to six people, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. For stays of more than 30 days, the villa can also be rented with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Please contact us for further details.

The modern guesthouse, with approximately 95 m², has 2 bedrooms and is also built on one level. It has 2 bathrooms with showers and WC, one of which is en suite, as well as a large, cozy living room with flat-screen satellite TV, perfect for gathering together.
